About Hair Transplant Surgery

A hair transplant is a procedure under which a surgeon or dermatologist moves hair from a hair filled part of the head to the area of baldness. Usually hair is transplanted from the back or the side to the front or may be on the top part of the scalp. This transplantation mostly gets completed with the help of local anesthesia. Under slit grafting normally four to ten hairs are grafted on the other hand micro grafts contain one or two hairs per graft are used to done. To implant the hair first of all tiny holes are made with the help of blade or needle in the area of the scalp where hair transplantation is going to take place.

During secession usually hundred to thousand hairs get transplanted. After the surgery gets completed the patient head is covered with bandage or gauze for next few days so that one’s scalp may prevent from any type of infection because any type of infection may increases the risk of complications. The whole procedure of transplantation covers the time of four to eight hours in getting completed properly. After the time period of ten days approximately patient’s stitches need to be removed.

Normally patient may has to go three or four secessions in order to achieve their desired look or desired growth. In proper healing one’s scalp may covers the time duration of several months too. To complete this whole process of surgery well qualified staff is needed. So it becomes necessary that while going for hair transplanting procedure one must thoroughly check about the result and achievements of the doctors or of any hospital. The cost of hair transplant in India use to depend on the number of grafts that patient may receive on his scalp during the whole surgery procedure. In the end we can say that it is not wrong to say that hair transplant surgery is the right way to cope with the problem of hair fall.
